Description:
I begin by configuring Power BI settings and meticulously preparing data from multiple CSV files. This involves correcting data types, creating calculated columns, and crafting conditional columns to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
To construct a robust analytical framework, we establish well-defined relationships between tables, ensuring the correct flow of filter context. We hide foreign keys, format data for clarity, and introduce calculated columns for enriched insights.
In the final phase, we craft the "Executive Dashboard" report within the AdventureWorks project. This report showcases various visuals, including a Matrix, KPI Cards, Map, Treemap, Column Chart, and Gauge Chart. To enhance the user experience, we implement conditional formatting and interaction settings. Furthermore, we create bookmarks and notes to capture insights and promote interactivity, enabling users to explore the data effectively.
